To create a welcoming, warm, and Christ-centered environment for all who attend church
events and services.

• Make every guest feel seen, valued, and comfortable
• Support church flow through organization and care
• Encourage repeat visits and connection

Specific Goals

• Greet 100% of first-time guests at services
• Follow-up with guest within 48 hours
• Connect with 1 member weekly (In-reach)
• Invite 1 non-member to join your interest group.
